Order Processing

All orders are processed within 1–3 business days (Monday–Friday, excluding public holidays) after payment confirmation. You will receive an email notification with your tracking information once your order has shipped.

Please note that orders placed after 12:00 PM (noon) EST may not be processed until the next business day.

Domestic Shipping (United States)

We offer the following shipping options within the United States:

  • Standard Shipping (5–7 business days): $4.99 — Free on orders over $50
  • Expedited Shipping (2–3 business days): $9.99
  • Overnight Shipping (1 business day): $19.99

International Shipping

We currently ship to select international destinations. International shipping times typically range from 7–21 business days depending on the destination and local customs processing.

International customers are responsible for any customs duties, taxes, or import fees charged by their country. Bliss Bell is not responsible for delays caused by customs.

Temperature-Sensitive Products

Our Himalayan Shilajit Honey Sticks and Gummies are natural supplements that may be sensitive to extreme temperatures. We recommend storing your products in a cool, dry place upon receipt. During summer months or in warmer climates, please ensure someone is available to receive the package promptly to preserve product quality.

Shipping Restrictions

We are unable to ship to P.O. Boxes for expedited or overnight orders. Standard shipping to P.O. Boxes is available for domestic orders only.

Order Tracking

Once your order has shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with a tracking number. You can use this number to track your package on our website or directly through the carrier's website.

Lost or Damaged Packages

Bliss Bell is not responsible for lost or stolen packages confirmed as delivered by the carrier. If your package arrives damaged, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery at support@theblissbell.com with photos of the damaged items and packaging, and we will work to resolve the issue promptly.
